NCA Gold + Class (NCA Gold Plus class) are held to the same standard as the NCA Gold Class which is the new high performance buses from Mercedes- Benz. They are 12 m long, have 32 seats, and are the ultimate in comfort and luxury. The seat cushions are designed to be ergonomic to improve well-being while at the same time easily adjust to facilitate in eating posture when food is placed on the fold out table. Seating on the bus is arranged into capsules, which means that passengers can fully recline without disturbing the surrounding passengers. Each capsule comes with full electronic control and a personal touch screen TV. There is an on board restroom, a preparation room, and a separate room for on board staff.

What’s new about the NCA Gold + Class?
These buses are specially made to give profits back to the passengers. All passengers get a 7 inch personal TV on the back of the seat in front of them. In addition, the new cocoon shaped seats allow for a further fully electronic recline without bothering the surrounding passengers. Currently, the NCA Gold + Class buses are considered the same standard type as the NCA Gold Class. They normally come with 32 seats and cost the same amount as the NCA Gold Class. The buses run on a regular route but on an undetermined schedule.
Vehicle Standards
Designed with maximum safety in mind. Nakhonchai Air does not utilize double decker buses as they are more prone to accident. There are 32 seats
on board with automatic transmission, airbags, emergency equipment (window hammers installed at 4 points on the bus, a fire extinguisher on the side of the vehicle, and an escape hatch on the ceiling), a Euro II- Tree system for the environment, a CCTV system, and GPS.
Seats
The seats are shaped liked capsules. They can slide up and down using a fully electronic system. Reclining will not affect other passengers. Each capsule also comes with a personal light for reading, and a bus attendant call button. In addition, each seat is fitted with an automated foot massage that is controlled using buttons.
On board entertainment
You can enjoy a number entertainment options on board the NCA Gold+ Class buses. The video on demand (VOD) system lets you watch movies, listen to music or play games. Each seat has its own touchscreen TV which also doubles as a gaming console for touchscreen games. In addition, every seat comes with outlets for standard headphones if you would like to bring your own.
Service
For NCA Gold Class passenger convenience, Nakhonchai Air provides food, drinks, and snacks on board at no additional fees (some longer routes will have pit stops where passengers can disembark and get food). The company also provides blankets (washed after every trip). Bus attendants are on hand at all times to provide assistance.
Fare
The fares for all types of vehicles are in accordance with the Department of Transportation, and the Ministry of Transport who have set the standard fare rates.
